Recently, Gangfeng New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Inter-China Chemical, was officially granted an invention patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its innovation “Powder Vibration Discharge Device for Titanium-Based Materials” (Patent No. ZL202422775116.4). This utility model relates to the titanium-based materials field and discloses a powder vibration discharge device comprising a base, a swing-arm motor, and a silo. The bottom of the silo is connected to a discharge hopper via a flange. Both ends on the left side of the base are movably connected to a set of drive arms, whose other ends are movably connected to lower rotating blocks. A vibrating plate is arranged above the base. Through the configuration of the vibrating plate, swing-arm motor, drive arms, connecting rods, and flexible supports, the swing-arm motor drives the drive arms to swing, thereby pushing and pulling the connecting rods back and forth, which in turn drives the vibrating plate to swing rapidly from side to side. The four flexible supports provide elastic support, enabling the vibrating plate to shake freely. This ensures that the material is constantly dispersed and broken apart during vibration, preventing agglomeration. The powder jumps and scatters, rolling from the higher to the lower end of the vibrating plate to achieve continuous vibration discharge, effectively solving issues such as powder caking during storage and preventing adhesion during feeding.
