This new utility model patent discloses a titanium-based material neutralization and reaction device, including: a reaction tank, an inlet at the top of the tank, and a liquid discharge outlet at the bottom of the side wall. Two baffles are arranged inside the tank to slow down liquid flow and improve the mixing effect. The stirring device consists of a rotating shaft, connecting rods, and multiple stirring blades. One end of the rotating shaft is connected to a drive motor, and the blades are staggered in arrangement, with each group of blades fixed to different walls of the reaction tank. This design ensures that materials are fully dispersed, reduces dead zones in the tank, improves mixing, prevents material buildup on the walls, and enhances reaction efficiency.
