Recently, Gangfeng New Materials Co., Ltd. was granted a patent by the Intellectual Property Office for its invention, “A Process and Device for Recycling Salt Lake Brine.”

This invention uses a weak acid decomposition absorbent, combined with a recycling device for salt lake brine, to control the flow rate of lithium-rich brine and the current density during electrolysis. This achieves cyclic decomposition and improves current efficiency while enabling direct production of lithium carbonate. The process allows cyclic use of weak acids, effectively solving the problem of transporting high-concentration hydrochloric acid, and avoiding environmental pollution caused by hydrochloric acid discharge. The invention features stable process performance, convenient operation, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.

As of now, Inter-China Chemical and its subsidiaries have obtained 21 authorized patents, including 19 invention patents. The company will continue to increase R&D investment, constantly enhance its technological capabilities, and contribute to the advancement of high-end manufacturing in China.
